Comfortable remodeled 2-bedroom, ocean view condo located in South Kihei. This is the perfect Maui retreat, from the newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen upgrades and various furnishing upgrades throughout the condo. The living area opens up to the spacious lanai (balcony), perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area and the lanai. This South Maui resort is across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, a popular family beach and is a short walk to shopping and dining options.

This 3rd floor Maui vacation rental features a queen bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a remodeled walk-in tile shower. The guest bedroom offers two [new] XL twin beds. The twins beds can be converted into one King bed. The remodeled guest bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower/tub. Extra sleeping option of a sofa sleeper in the living room allows for a maximum occupancy of up to 6 guests. Pack light as this unit offers a stack washer and dryer. Keep cool with the ocean breezes and ceiling fans.

Guests and residents enjoy the especially serene and quiet atmosphere at Maui Parkshore; as such, group bookings are discouraged, and all House Rules and Quiet Hours are strictly enforced at all times.

    Perfect location to very safe, family friendly beach. We were able to walk to rent all we needed (paddle & boogie boards, snorkel gear), walk to shopping, food and groceries. Space had all we needed for our stay. Gorgeous view that could never get old! We plan to stay there again.

    This property was in an excellent location. The beach was across the street and was less than a 5 minute walk. Short walk to restaurants and shops. The property had an awesome balcony with lots of space to hang out and enjoy a view of the ocean. The property is a little dated but it’s clean and has everything you need. The assigned parking spot is an added bonus

    No hot water. Property Manager was a tyrant. Never felt welcome. Property was dirty and unkept. Not worth the price point we paid. No smoking policy and lack of smoking area put us on the street and in harms way.

    We have stayed in this condo before and loved it so much we came back! We had used the air b and b on our first stay but went with Maui Condo rental's this time because the cancellation rates were so fair. We were travelling with my mom who is 89 so needed to be able to cancel if she was unable to travel. Happily all went well and we made it to Maui! 6 of us stayed together right through Christmas and we loved every minute! Perfect location!

    I booked this property after viewing wonderful pictures online. WOW was I wrong!

    Upon arrival, our cottage was disgusting. The place seemed as if it had not been cleaned in months. There was a film of dirt all over the floors. Our shower towels smelt like vomit!

    Not to mention how excruciating hot this place is! There is no A/C in the living room. Good luck trying to enjoy your stay here. It was so bad, we stayed at another hotel the first night due to heat. It was over 90 degrees inside!

    We tried to reach out to our rental manager with this serious issues and we didn’t receive a call until two days later! All of these issues held no since of urgency to our manager! After FINALLY reaching someone, a resolution of $50 was offered which is disappointing since we paid $3,600 for our trip.

    Another horrible issue is the “resident manager” Johnnie Blevins. He is rude, disrespectful, and assumes he can belittle minority individuals. He constantly harassed my elderly parents and created a hostile environment for my family and myself. He is a direct reflection of what to expect when doing business with Maui Condo and Home LLC & Maui Parkshore.

    Please at all costs, save yourself and your family the horrible stay and customer service at the Maui Parkshore 310.

    I would not stay at this Condo if it was offered to me for FREE!

    Condo is beautiful and just across from the beach. Beautiful view. It is more of a retirement place not sure if I would stay with kids tho.
