  We truly enjoyed our visit to the Waikoloa area and the Big Island. Our accommodations were disappointing though. The furniture upholstry was very dirty, the fans were dirty, the exterior of the kitchen cabinetry needed to be wiped down, the condo was dirty overall, the appliances were older and didn't work properly ie dishwasher, the floor tiles were lifting and the grout chipping out, the bed mattresses were old and needed to be replaced and larger, red ants were present in the master bedroom and ensuite.
