  The mattress felt like a gigantic baby crib mattress. It was so bad that I had to go see the chiropractor three times upon my return home. The linens and bedding were sparse I don’t think we had a full sheet I think we had a flat sheet tucked in to the bed which meant that come morning time we were sleeping on the bed liner. That said the mattresses were so bad I woke up three times a night to my arms being numb. also I deep scrubbed the condo it looks like it has a basic Airbnb clean in between people

  The condo check-in was easy, we were able to check-in about 45 mins earlier since we arrived prior to 4 pm. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. My family of 4 had enough space to spread out. I enjoyed the main bedroom balcony every morning for sunrise. The 2 floor plan was great. Patio was nice to sit and enjoy. The walking path through the lava field was in our backyard, also awesome!! The only thing that needs a little work would be to maybe clean the sectional ( it had a smell to it) otherwise the stay was comfortable and peaceful. There are stores/restaurants/ movie theater and beach nearby. Pool and tennis court was a few feet away. We were so busy that we didn’t get to enjoy them. Overall I would come back for another vacation here .

  This was a good sized condo for two couples or a couple with two children (twin beds in second BR). It is close to the pool and tennis courts, and it is nicely furnished. Plenty of space for dining and hanging out, and it has both a patio off the dining area and a balcony off the main bedroom. I was hoping to be closer to the beach, but this was super cool looking out on the lava.
  
  It is close to the King’s and Queen’s shops and to the beach by Lava Lava, but you will need to drive unless you really like long walks.

  We had a wonderful stay and loved the property with the exception of the bedding and pillows. The plastic mattress covers become creased on the twin bed and are uncomfortable . The pillows are pancakes.
  
  The check in process was a breeze and not having keys for the house but a code is awesome. The pool and grill set up are amazing and the sofa was very comfortable. With an upgrade of the bedding our experience would have been top notch!

  The condo was a home away from home for our week long stay on the Big Island. The location is excellent with quick access to the best beaches in the world and quick trips to Kona. The condo was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home and spread out. Beautiful views from the lanai and super quiet part of Waikoloa Beach.

  Reservation, checking process were flawless, easy to communicate with the company though agents may not know details of the property as they use general description of the property. Nice view of lava fields and Mauna Kea mountain from the kitchen. Parking was a major issue for us. There is no assigned spot for this unit and every day we'd have to find an unreserved stall. There are 2-3 unreserved stalls within 300 feet from the house and they are always occupied. We parked overnight by the pool where stalls are marked "20 minutes limit". Supplies in the kitchen are very limited. We had to buy everything including basics like salt and pepper. There were only 2 small trash bags and sample size dishwasher soap.
