  This unit has a great location in Kihei, parking is included. Nice pool, tennis courts and a walk across the street to the beach.
  However there are bugs - of course you are in tropical country, but pest control visited during our stay. The furnishings are dated, bathroom sink stopper is annoying and there is no storage area for dry goods, otherwise well equipped. Lots of linens including beach towels included.

  Perfect location in Kihei. Lots of amenities to feel like home. Comfortable bed and the AC kept the condo cool. View of the ocean from the balcony!
  
  The dishwasher could use some TLC - rotten smell when turned on or open. Also bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (mold on bathtub stopper)

  Instructions are very clear, everything is clean and you can find plenty of accommodations around (restaurants, grocery store etc). The sunsets are amazing. Maybe the beach gear could be updated, some of the chairs didn't work very well and neither did the beach umbrella but that was minor compared to everything that worked great !

  This condo is in a great location but needs some work. The updated kitchen
  and bath were nice. Plenty of towels . The drapery in the living room were falling apart I called and let you know, but then found a review they were that in a review from July 2021. The condo could use painting and The baseboards were very dirty and walls were dirty. The kitchen was lacking small bowls and silverware. The bed was comfortable.
