This unit will accommodate up to four (4) people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a beautiful new flat-screen TV and is open to the fully equipped kitchen and flows out to the lanai. This condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. The Maui Vista is located in Central/South Kihei and is across the street from Charley Young beach and a short walk to other beaches, shopping, and dining options.

  To be completely honest, the unit was less than expected. The furniture was dirty and there was no bedding available for the sleeper sofa. I also received the wrong information for the wifi. When contacting the management company, they were extremely unhelpful. I'd rather not leave a terrible review on , but it was not the greatest

  My family absolutely loved our stay in Maui! This cute little condo with a lovely ocean view and conveniently located close to the beach and a few blocks from restaurants made our time in Maui all the more relaxed but also got us excited to get out and explore more! The property description was accurate. A nice surprise was the gear that was available to borrow — reusable shopping bags, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, etc. These were beach essentials that we didn’t need to buy/rent. The property was generally clean and very well-maintained. The only inconvenience was that the cleaning service arrived just as we did, at check-in time. So we waited outside for almost an hour until the cleaning was completed. The house cleaner was very apologetic and friendly. Other than that minor hiccup, we were provided responsive customer service when we had questions about items left behind. Overall, we were happy with the place and would recommend it.

  The stay was great the lady at the frontdesk was very nice and accommodating. I loved the keyless entry but I would say the interior was a little dated but the two refrigerators surprisingly came in handy.

  Generally, the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with beach accessories that we really appreciated! Beach chairs that are regular height, not the low height are so super appreciated by people over 50! We did get locked out on our balcony one evening with no cell phones in hand. We called down to some folks on the first level that we were stuck and they called security. It's very important that the lock be fixed so that it won't slip down and lock the sliding door unexpectedly for other people. The only other thing that I would recommend is for the condo to designate "adults only" time at pools. One of my grandsons was yelling in the pool while playing with his bothers and a resident, who was sunning himself at the pool, abruptly set up and yelled at my 4 year old grandson "YOU STOP SCREAMING!" My little grandson immediately burst into tears and my daughter had to immediately take him back to their condo (in the same complex, but in a different building). So, please have some "kid friendly" pool times, "kid and adult" mixed pool times, and "adult only" pool times. It was a great location across from an awesome beach. We had a really good time.
