The beautifully remodeled kitchen is open to the perfectly appointed living area, which then flows out onto the lanai. It is a true sanctuary where ocean views are seen throughout the living area. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this unit to sleep up to two (2) people. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe and the boats passing by.

Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch, Café & Bar. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

  Great beachfront condo on sugar beach. Amazing view from the top floor condo and great access to sugar beach. The unit was clean and comfortable with a nicely stocked kitchen and added amenities to use like a cooler and beach towels. The complex is nice with a pool, hot tub and BBQs. We felt right a home there! Condo location is nice as it’s close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condos. The complex is located on a secluded stretch of beach in a relatively sleepy area of Kihei and is perfect for a quiet relaxing Hawaiian getaway. This was our second stay at Sugar Beach.
  Our first stay was many years ago on our honeymoon but I must say that the complex has been very well maintained during that time and has aged well. Unit 618 is on the top floor and features a spectacular view of Maalaea Bay. The unit was just as described and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The unit was stocked with a starter supply of coffee, paper towels, laundry pods and other basic necessities. The management company contacted me several times during our stay just to check in and make sure that everything was going as we expected. We did have a problem with the internet during our stay. I contacted the management company and after the over the phone troubleshooting failed to resolve the issue, they sent someone out to fix the problem the same day. I can't say enough about the management company. They were very attentive, polite, professional, responsive, and were a pleasure to do business with. There is a sandwich shop on the premises which stays open until 10:30pm should you need a late bite and don't feel like driving. Also, if you're looking for a good place for breakfast, you must try the Kihei Café, just a short drive down South Kihei road. Overall a great vacation. We can't wait to return. If you're like me, you read these reviews to help in the decision making process. Well my advice here is to stop reading and start booking! Aloha!

  There were a few things that needed a change.
  There are no hooks or rods to hold hand towels by bathroom sink.
  The carpet in the living room needs to go.
  We found the couch uncomfortable.
  We had cockroaches in the kitchen, but a very nice fellow brought traps right away.
  Something you can’t do anything about is the wall blocking the view to the west.
  We did appreciate being able to phone Canada...there was an emergency with our dog, and we had to call the vet.

  Great Other than our unit. unit 618 cleaning company needs to start using scent free detergent. Or Febreez scent spray. It was so strong you could taste it!!! Most people are allergic to scented products. The unit could have been cleaner.

  Unit PH18 is newly remodeled and has a well stocked kitchen. Beautifully done bedroom with new sliding doors that are much better than the original ones. As always true at Sugar Beach the views from the lanai are simply the best. I did wish the unit had a disposal and a table.
