Sit on your lanai and enjoy the Ocean Front views that will make you feel like you are sitting on the water. This third-floor condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to four (4) people. The furnishings are a mixture of rattan and tropical decor and the flooring is a mixture of carpet and tile. Enjoy stunning ocean views from this unit.

Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting on the second Monday of September. This year (2023) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/11/23 and reopening 9/25/23.

  This was a sweet little place that we enjoyed being for the week we spent in Maui. Sitting on the lanai and listening to the waves was honestly my favorite part of our vacation, it was so peaceful!
  Everything was in good working condition. The pool and hot tub were great.
  Check in and check out was a breeze. The only tiny thing that wasn’t perfect was the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty, and the replacement sheets we found to put on were very stained. Other than that the condo was very clean and provided every we needed. We would certainly stay there again!

  If you want relaxation and peace and quiet, then Sugar Beach is the place. We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each stay. Centrally located without all the hustle and bustle of the cities.

  The condo was great all the “ little extras” in the room for us to use like beach towels, chairs, boogie boards etc made it a great experience for all of us. The condo was clean, neat and tidy, the Hawaiian decor and furniture was really nice. Parking was easy and accessible, great location to visit the tourist attractions throughout the island.

  Wonderful stay overall The only suggestions I would have for the owner would be to replace the shag carpet in the bedroom. Cannot keep that clean on a sand beach. And the outdoor beach chairs were not usable- rusted and falling apart. Should also be replaced.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week in august. We very much enjoyed our stay! The view and the just steps away from the beach was our favorite! The condo had all the supplies we needed and more! We recommend going to the condo first before shopping as you might be surprised of the things that are located in the unit that you don’t have to purchase. We also recommend utilizing the barbecues next to the pool. We only cooked outside once, and we regretted not doing it more often. It met our expectations and we had a fabulous time in Maui! P.S. My personal recommendation is to go to Foodland to do your shopping. They have so many local dishes/ingredients. I went to Safeway and I wish I would not have because I can go to Safeway anytime.

  Hi , i called and emailed many times that the house internet is not working very slow, washer was not working, dust in the lights next to bed.
  
  We paid a huge amount to stay and we dont expect this kind of service. You should provide us half the amount back .
