Spall repair is scheduled to begin on the A1 stack Tuesday 3/29/23 and is estimated to take 8 weeks to complete. The plan is to complete 2 stacks per day, which could be longer for stacks with heavier repair loads. The lawn area directly below the stack will be sectioned off when performing work on that stack. This is for everyone’s safety
Equipment will be stored by the stone wall inside the courtyard as well as at end of stack A22. There will be some dust and debris to clean up on the lanais. The construction crews will not be allowed on the lanais except for those requiring ceiling repair, total of 5 units.
This one-bedroom two bath condo sleeps up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy garden views of the beautiful green belt which is in the center of the two buildings. At the ocean end of the green belt, you will find the pool which is near the Ocean and a great walking beach. You will also find tennis courts and a large grass lawn that fronts all of the neighboring properties.
