    Property is located in a great spot. Has nice view of beach and located on Main Street which is super convenient. As far as the property itself it has all the necessary things you need as far as kitchen, view, washer and dryer. It has two restrooms and two bedrooms. Property does not have a/c but it’s not really needed as the breeze moves in and out pretty nice. For our liking it is pretty outdated in comparison to other units in the same complex. Sheets felt like they needed washing so had to wash again while there. For the price it would probably best to look around and see what compares as far as something more modern.

    Overall was very pleased. The location was perfect and the size of the unit was just right for the four of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds of the condo were well maintained and lovely. The condo unit could use some updates. The furniture was not as shown in the pictures and was missing some pieces of the sectional which was uncomfortable because it was broken down. The lanai was wonderful. Enjoyed sitting on it in the morning with my coffee and looking at the ocean, which was just across the street.

    1st I’d like to say that the Maui Condo group are fantastic! When our flight was delayed we were in touch & they made sure all was good. The 1st morning in unit 409 the coffee maker didn’t work, I called them & they delivered 1 shortly after. When I was locked inside the unit on Christmas day( screen lock had issues) they were out in 10 mins to fix it.
    Keep in mind the following that may sound like complaints are not. We did not come to Maui to sit inside but this could be helpful to the owner above all.
    This unit as we see it probably hasn’t had any updates since it was built. Beds & living room furniture were old, stained mattresses & pillows, underneath of furniture had the material hanging down. Mattresses were so well used we had back pain every morning. The toilets often needed double flushing. The kitchen was VERY outdated, knobs missing on doors, chunks of cabinets missing, sink faucet could probably be tightened. We saw & had been in other units while there & they were absolutely beautiful! Put this one to shame. As I said we were there to enjoy Maui thankfully not the condo. We did like the fact the unit over looked the pool & was on the 4th floor. Maintenance of the grounds, pool, bbq grills was exceptional!
