Enjoy ocean views from this third-floor condo. This unit sleeps up to six (6) people with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The living area is open to the kitchen and the balcony, creating a large open living space. The kitchen in this unit has been remodeled. This unit has tile in the common areas and carpet in the bedroom. Relax in comfort in this two-bedroom unit.

    While the check in time changed from my initial reservation, I was very pleased that all effort was made for early check in on one unit. The staff was super helpful. Everyone was very friendly. My only concern is that unit 302 had a lot of bugs. I would definitely spray before the next guest arrives. We could not keep any food there. We had another unit so it worked out for us. Both units were VERY clean.

    Amazing for our needs! Would definitely come back again. Pros: location, two full baths, direction of sun meant our lanai was never too hot to sit on and yet still had a view, water pressure was excellent in showers, property management was excellent (fixed a small plumbing issue very next day), BBQ area was above average compared to other places we’ve stayed, checkin and keyless entry was perfect.
    Cons: it is a busy street but quiet enough for us at night no problem, beds are comfortable enough but Queen was on the hard side (but we didn’t hate it), it’s an older unit so don’t expect pristine everything!
    Everything was as expected and we loved it!

    Overall the rental was outdated. I'm not sure there has been any updates since the rental was built. The paint was discoloured and chipped.The cabinetry was very dated and the grout around the sink looked like it was in the mist of being fixed but not completed. Very disappointed that the owner is unable to maintain this property. The location is great but the unit I would NOT recommentd. The basic amenities were sufficent however the television was consistently difficult to use. Considering this is a family property the pool has the most ridiculous rules..basically children can not have fun and jump around. The list of "don'ts" for the pool is a mile long.

    I've stayed in Unit 302 several times over the last 20 years--it's truly my family's go-to spot. Clean, cozy and welcoming. On this particular trip, we loved our daily morning ritual of sipping coffee on the lanai while watching whales (so many!).

    We loved our stay at Maui Parkshore #302, but with the condition of the condo is poor. The shower door didn't close, the hole by the kitchen sink, the lack of cups and glasses, the toaster etc were old and not working properly. The living room chair was also leaving termite trails on the floor. We love the location of #302, but feel that it needs to be freshened up. Towels, Sheets, pillows, Dishes etc need to be replaced. Maui Condo was great was we did call and have them repair a few of the issues listed above. But it would be amazing if the home owner would give this unit a refresh. Thank

    We had a great time at Maui Parkshore! Loved having the boogie boards, snorkel gear and umbrellas for the beach. I had a conference in Wailea, which was a quick 5 min drive. Road is busy, but seeing the ocean from the lanai was perfect. No AC, but things cooled down at night with fans. Quick responses to all our questions and they were wonderful about accommodating us in any way they could!

    Our stay in Maui Parkshore overall was very good. We were a group of 8 people, so rented 2 condos in Parkshore. #302 was the better unit of the 2 as it had more updates. This was our 2nd stay in Parkshore although in a different unit.
    The unit was clean upon arrial & had reasonable amenities for our stay. It was nice to have left over basics (seasonings, sauces, flour, etc) from previous guests as it makes the shopping & cooking easier.The boogie boards & beach gear was also appreciated. Lots of towels & linen provided.
    Overall the property is well maintained with a nice pool & bbq area (recently updated). The location is great - right across from the beach & close enough to shopping & restaurants. The unit is closer to the main road so a little noisy at night if the windows are open. Earplugs helped.
    The property mgt company was very responsive to questions & even called to check in after we arrived. I would recommend this unit to friends.
    A couple improvements would make the stay even more enjoyable:
    1. Provide a small safe to keep passports & extra cash (even though its a safe area, it would be good to know our valuables are secure while out)
    2. provide sun screen for the lanai (patio umbrella or screen)
    Suggested repairs:The washing machine is quite loud, the shower door in the master bath didn't close properly so water leaked out, no potato peeler & few wine glasses.

    The condo was not the newest on the block, but it was very comfortable, clean, well kept & well appointed. We loved being across from the park & the beach! Eateries were close at hand, within walking distance. There was a gas station "close by", ABC, that had limited groceries, but enough to get by on. The one drawback was the road noise. It was pretty constant from morning to night. It didn't disturb our sleeping.

    The rental property company that we went through was great, however the resident manager of Maui Parkshore, Jonnie, was incredibly difficult. We avoided time at our condo as he was always watching waiting for us to do some thing wrong. This was not a family friendly location. While attending the pool key came multiple times to say that we were doing some thing wrong. This location really is a better senior citizen location. He threatened that he could have us evicted if he found us doing something else wrong. The first time he came into the pool was when my 11-year-old jumped in the pool. Jonnie tried to tell us that he was running into the pool. There really is no room for that. The second time my other son had found a 6 inch in diameter Beachball in the bushes and played with it in the water and he came and said that was against the rules because there are no flotation devices allowed. He even admitted to sitting in his unit watching us. He was just waiting for us to do something wrong. We got a call from Maui Home and Condo Because he had contacted them and they even admitted that he is very difficult to work with and can be very particular. This is putting it mildly! We did not feel welcome in our own condo. We had small kids, but did not drink or party or cause any trouble.

    Very nice area. Condo nice and has lots of extra dishes, towels and supplies. Had a problem with the dryer and issue was fixed quickly. Remember this condo has no air conditioning - has lots of fans and a great breeze though. However, many other condos on this property have portable AC units in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again, but only in the cooler months due to no AC.

    Our experience renting Parkshore 302 was very good. The condo was clean & decorated very nicely. Location was perfect! Would definitely rent this condo again if coming to Maui. The only con is that the parking spots were very tight.
