The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the guest bedroom features twin beds. Both bathrooms feature tiled walk-in showers. Extra sleeping option of a sofa sleeper (new as of Aug 2022) in the living room allows for a maximum occupancy of 6. Keep cool with the ocean breezes and ceiling fans.

    Let me start off by saying that we’ve stayed in this unit 6yrs ago and loved it. Since we enjoyed our stay the first time we decided to stay again at 105 Maui Parkshore. Things went sideways right upon arrival. When we went to make dinner and start putting away our groceries we noticed bugs in all the kitchen drawers. The master bathroom drain was also clogged along with the bathroom toilet not flushing properly. We called first thing the following morning to let management know. When speaking with them we felt they were very short with us and frustrated in regards to our concerns. We didn’t even get to address all our issues over the phone so we left them a note for when they came to inspect/fix issues. We were gone when they came over to address the problems. They left us a note stating the bugs were cockroaches and that they put out bait stations. (7 to be exact!) They did fix the shower drain, but the toilet still never flushed properly. The note stated if things were not better in 24-48hrs to call back. Late Saturday afternoon I called the office back to inform them that the cockroaches were not any better. She informed me that we’d see more due to the bait but would take up to a week to die off! She said she’d send someone over the next day to address the issue and put out more stuff. She’d also call the pest control company to have everything re-evaluated Monday morning. Prior to our arrival the unit was treated on May1st. The course of the next couple of days things got worse. We killed multiple large cockroaches and babies. Our final straw was 3 large roaches in 24hrs. We never left windows or doors open either. No one spending $3.8k for a place to stay should have to deal with what we did. Our total compensation was less then $140 and was told we’d have to pack up and leave in a hour or we would be charged for a nights stay. Not only was our vacation tarnished with stress, but our 10yr spent her birthday movin

    Adult children family vacation and 1st time to Maui, was incredible. Weather wa pefect, location was walking distance to anything. At least 5 beautiful beach’s without getting in the car. Amazing. Condo has everything we needed, including mayonnaise, seasonings, paper towels , even k-cups for coffee!

    Property is in a prime location directly across a busy street from the beach. No extra toilet paper, garbage sacks, etc. so you must purchase yours. No air conditioning and it was HOT each day along with being quite muggy. Furniture and beds were good and comfortable. Showers were quite good. Refrigerator barely kept food cool...definitely not cold, but the muggy nature of the outside/inside air may have played into that. Very well located to stores, restaurants, etc. and only 11-12 miles from larger selection along with food trucks, etc. Lots of birds to enjoy of various types...most were introduced to the island many, many years ago. Sea turtles were commonly seen each day (endangered species). Pool was very nice and was never crowded. A Safeway store is only 2 miles away. Costco and other larger stores were the 11-13 miles away.
    We'd recommend, but know that the nights never really cool enough to be comfortable...but we are from a much cooler area of the US and we'd guess that this issue will be a non-issue for most visitors.

    We enjoyed 10 days as a family in this condo. The condo is very well stocked and very clean. Lots of linens, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc. The one recommendation we'd make is to clean the wall on the lanai where there are hooks as it's rather dirty so not great for hanging up items. The location is amazing - steps from the Kam III beach. A few good restaurants close by, and even more a short drive away as well. The pool is clean as are the grounds - very well maintained. The unit is on the first floor so would recommend not leaving anything out on the lanai or it could go missing. We didn't mind that the lanai is by the entrance and loading area, but we didn't mind that and found it convenient for unloading groceries or loading up to go out for the day.

    We once again picked Maui Parkshore/Maui Condo and Home and we’re very pleased with how they made arrival very quick and easy, we love the location and the pool is very clean snd the perfect temperature.. we tried a condo on the first floor this time... it was very convenient but missed the views on the third floor from our last stay. The fridge with its ice snd water dispenser was super fabulous!
    But the condo could use a good cleaning (couch/pillows/rugs/floors) and the bedspreads need to be replaced and 3 out of the 4 beach chairs were broken and need to be replaced as week. We will definitely stay at the Parkshore again.. thank you for the
