  Cockroaches and little beetles throughout the kitchen and bathroom our whole 10 days after various complaints to management. Unable to utilize the kitchen or dishes as roaches were seen all over them in the cupboards. Roaches in the bathroom and on the kitchen counters daily.
  Third to last day a water leak in our condo. Where the customer service rep told me I could stay in with the large dryers going but I could turn them off at night. The moisturize testing gentleman told me this was not possible due to the amount of heat that would be produced and the noise, also informing me that after 72 hours the mold would set in. Maui Condominium offered me no real solutions to any of our issues other than stress, a huge phone bill from calling with my personal phone and 200$ compensation after paying 4800$. This 200$ isn't even a full nights accommodation. They did however offer me an alternative in a musty, outdated condo of lesser value that I politely refused. Thank you for the stressful vacation I wasn't looking for while celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Thank goodness I could use their condo. The customer service I experienced was by far the most unpleasant and very unexpected. Nothing but issues and I will never stay here again and will also be very focal about sharing my terrible experience.
