  Unfortunately our rental was not ready on time. We walked in at 4:00 and it was not cleaned yet. The management company sent one of their cleaning staff in to clean and she did a fabulous job (it was very gross when we walked in). Luckily our family rented another condo so we had somewhere to wait. The condo worked out great for us. It was in a good location. Not the hustle and bustle of being near the hotels. Much quiter.

  Very unhappy with our experience at Kauhale Makai 410 During our 1 week stay there was constant noise from the unit above us while they worked on a slate floor repair. We should of never been placed in this unit while there was CONSTANT noise from above. We have started a dispute with our credit card company with many months advance payment we should of been given another unit where we could be comfortable and happy. Our screen door was off the track and couldnt be fixed. As far as being able to go to the office and complain and also the Maui Condo was not available to we reached out to our credit card company to complain (which during our conversation with credit card co. they heard all the noise above us) Very unhappy with our stay!!
