  While the check in process was easy and friendly we did have a few issues with our suit. Cleanliness was a definite issue as it looked like it was not cleaned since Easter as we found chocolate Easter eggs under the bed. We had dead bugs on the floors as well as a few live ones. We also had some maintenance issues such as the patio doors would not open, the air conditioner sensor on the patio door was not fastened properly and the smoke detector was removed. The maintenance people did fix the smoke detector and the stuck patio door within 24hrs. One of the two beach chairs supplied was broken.

  This is our second time in this lovely unit, well appointed, lovely view out to the garden and ocean. Near by to local Pickleball courts!

  we had a very mixed experience with the property. It was right by the parking lot and attached to the main trash room. So a bit filthy and 3 times / week garbage collection comes around 6:30am-7am, which is a major noise.
  
  Also, we had 4 cockroaches in the property (probably from the trash area) and my wife asked us to move out of the property after the first few nights.

  We had a great stay, the condo was well equipped, clean and cool. Grilling in the evening and lovely coffee in the morning on the beautiful common area. Even though someone took our assigned parking spot each night there was plenty of other spots available.
