Post date: 6/23/23. Hawaiian Electric needs to replace the power lines connecting to the property. Power will be out for 6-hour phases, 2 times per week. The project is slated to take 3 weeks to complete. Project dates: 6/26-7/13/23. Please contact our office for specific dates and times for power outages.

This tastefully furnished and spacious S. Kihei vacation condominium is waiting for you. The living room features a large L-Shaped couch with plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a great day at the beach. The kitchen features full-size appliances with everything you need to prepare any meal. Eat-in or out-the dining room features a round dining room table or enjoy time outside on the large lanai.

The spiral staircase to the master bedroom features a king bed and gorgeous furniture. The ensuite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and a vanity. The guest bedroom, on the main level, features two queen beds, accommodating up to six people. The guest bathroom also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Pack light as the condo has a stack washer and dryer. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo offers 1 assigned parking stall and complimentary Wi-Fi. The maximum occupancy for this condo is six (6) guests.

Well maintained and well equipped as the new owners visit often and upgrade condo/contents and respond to customer feedback.
The resort is located in a beautiful tropical landscape and features freshwater ponds, waterfalls, and orchid walls. There are amazing resort amenities - gym, pool, 2 jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, 4 tennis courts and bbq areas, on-site activity concierge, a 24-hour front desk and assigned parking. Right across the street from Kamaole Beach III.

  Two weeks. Everything was fine except the supplies in the condo. Only enough soap, shampoo and toilet paper for a one week stay. No discount offered for the second week, so one would expect supplies sufficient to last for two weeks. We called your office and were told we had to buy our own supplies for the second week!!!!!!! F'n cheap. You know in advance how long a group is staying - provide sufficient supplies for that period or offer a discount for subequent weeks to cover the cost of buying ones own.

  We loved this condo. The two queen beds in the downstairs bedroom provided ample space for our teenagers. We wished we could have closed the windows to outside in the loft as the pool noise was loud until it closed (10pm), but if we were tired enough, we'd end up sleeping right through it.

  We loved the place but it was too hot and the wall AC was not enough to cool off the place. The upstairs room would get extremely hot especially the second bedroom downstairs. It was well equipped with cooking items but not enough garbage bags. Place was really clean. If they upgrade the AC I will definitely be staying there again.

  We had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely, a beautiful view from the balcony. It was so peaceful to sit there at night. It would have been helpful if there was more silverware to last a couple meals without having to wash them, but otherwise everything was great! We did notice the blender was cracked, we didn't need it but wanted to let someone know. Certain parts were not as clean as they should be. The stairs did not appear to have been mopped for a while, we didn't realize till we noticed our socks turning black. It was so nice being so close to a beach.

  Stayed in this unit before, know what to expect, wonderful unit and location but getting old:
  - Dishwasher old but works
  - Fridge old and missing a lot of shelves
  - Unit was not cleaned well, built up dust in all upper surfaces (above fridge etc) and under beds (there was random men's underwear under a bed when we arrived)
  - OK equipped (short on cutlery, only 2 beach towels, we left 1 behind to add)
  
  The unit is affordably priced so we are forgiving of the little things which are missing, I would say the fridge needs attention soon though as it is difficult to store food in with so many broken shelves.
