Post date: 6/23/23. Hawaiian Electric needs to replace the power lines connecting to the property. Power will be out for 6-hour phases, 2 times per week. The project is slated to take 3 weeks to complete. Project dates: 6/26-7/13/23. Please contact our office for specific dates and times for power outages.

One bedroom condo at the Kamaole Sands in South Kihei. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living area. The lanai (balcony) is a large space to enjoy meals. There is an ensuite as well as a second full bath. The Kamaole Sands is conveniently located. It is across the street from the Kamaole 3 beach, a popular family beach. A short walk away, you will find shops and restaurants. Enjoy your piece of paradise in this conveniently located one-bedroom condo.

Great location in South Kihei, Hawaii. This complex offers its guests numerous amenities so you are sure to find something you enjoy during your time in paradise. For starters, there are two pools on the property including a large family pool and a children's wading pool. There is also a hot tub designated for families and a separate hot tub for adults only. When swimming is over or you're ready for a break, fire up one of the four gas grills and prepare a meal under the sun or stars. There are also four tennis courts, a gym, and an activity area when you want a little more entertainment. Do as much or as little as you want as there are laundry facilities in each condo allowing you to go at your pace and make the most of your time here. Bonus: This condo throws a complimentary Mai Tai party with live music and hula dancers every Wednesday.

This condo is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 3 and a short walk to shopping and dining options. Locals and tourists alike find their favorites in the wonderful vendors surrounding this condo complex. Dining options include but are not limited to restaurants such as Cafe O Lei and Fred's Mexican Cafe, to quick eat's such as COconut's Fish Cafe and 808Deli. You could even venture around to the open-air shopping at Kihei Kalama Village or make your way to staple stores like Starbucks, Safeway and Ross at the Piilani Shopping Center.

  When we first arrived (day 1) we noticed a urine smell by the fridge and in the fridge. The smell never really went away it was hard to cook or eat. It seemed like the fridge wasn't cleaned/ the showers didn’t seem very clean either (I did take pictures and will attach for reference). The dish soap in the kitchen was watered down. The dishes were very dirty. For example, when taking a fork or knife it looked like there was dried food on it still. Overall, I was not very happy with the cleanliness of the condo. I'm not sure if the owners get to visit often but the smell was enough to send this review.

  The property, property management and grounds crew were very pleasant. Booking, payments, check in and check out were seamless. Great location with Kamaole 3 Beach right across the street. The ‘hub’ of Kihei is about a 15 minute walk or short drive away.
  
  The unit is in need of updating. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable and overall not very welcoming. The drapes were very dirty and dusty. Kitchen cupboards were falling off and we had to be very careful opening and closing them. The kitchen was well stocked. There seemed to be lots of items for the beach, but we didn’t use any of them.
  
  Pool loungers need to be updated.
  
  We would definitely come back to this property, but in a different unit.

  The workers were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was nice and the condo itself was in good condition. Everything was generally clean, aside from some towels and linens. We wouldn't mind staying here again.
