  This is our third visit to this particular unit. Its location is appealing to us as it is somewhat isolated from the busy areas of WBV. It’s a very spacious unit and always neat and clean when we arrive. We were very pleased with the updated bed. However the unit is dated and could use some upgrades. The toilet in the half bathroom needs maintenance and the freezer side of the refrigerator has limited access, due to the adjacent wall. It would be nice if beach chairs and an umbrella were available for use. Except for the steep rise in rental rates over the last few years we were generally happy with our stay. Thanks, Carl

  The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The mattress is old enough to have a depression on left side. Very uncomfortable. My back ached after sleeping in this bed for 4 nights. The kitchen cookware unacceptable. Only two old teflon pot/pan for cooking. Unhealthy. Overall, furniture old; outdated. Location:Waikoloa: good, centrall to both souyh and north areas of the island

  The unit is in a very good location. It’s within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. It also has a filtered view of the water. Although very clean, the furniture and appliances are dated and the bed is old and uncomfortable. There is the bare minimum of utensils and essentials in the kitchen. But the positives out weigh the negatives and we would stay there again.
