  This was a lovely condo, comfortable and well appointed. The condo complex had two nice swimming pools, tennis/ pickle ball courts and was close to restaurants, shops, food trucks and a beautiful beach with excellent snorkelling. I would recommend this unit on the ground floor. It didn’t have a/c but we were comfortable with fans during our stay in April.

  Good location in Kihei. Lower floor apartment set back about 70 m from road. Parking provided. Clean apartment , well equipped kitchen. Apartment a little dated, no A/C (just so u know). Front desk very nice and helpful. Got at short notice. Earlier check in would have been awesome but overall good.

  This condo is fairly convenient being located on the ground floor where you can walk out the back into the grass instead of trekking up stairs. But the unit overall needs a huge refresh - new towels, new mattresses, new pillows, glasses, etc. It also needs a huge purge of so many personal items that take up space in the unit. For instance, the kitchen has no food storage space because it’s so filled with items you’d never use. So many things are mismatched and or old. There’s no air conditioning (which they clearly state), but it’s so needed. The unit gets hot and muggy.
  
  The unit was also not very clean - with long black hairs on the floor and even urine down the toilet.
  
  Overall, the unit is just okay. Something to rent if it’s more your last choice.

  We found the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. The shower stall in master needed to be cleaned. We got a lot of the dirt and grime out ourselves. Although. people love a well stocked kitchen, this property has no place to put groceries other than the counter as all cupboards full.. there is a notice saying there is a bag left to put in unopened groceries , there wasn’t one. Just little things like that makes you wonder how much effort went into cleaning the place. Staff was accommodating when asked to fix tv and bring more supplies. Great location for a condo. Furniture needs upgrading, extremely uncomfortable

  Nice clean and well stocked unit. The only problem was the hard mattress in the guest bedroom. I didn't realize till my daughters arrived- they told me it was like a Grandma's bed!! I didnt contact the management company ( ust made do with the sofa bed.
  We liked the unit however will select another unit on our next visit with A/C- Fans were a most- thank you.
