This one-bedroom garden view condo has many upgrades throughout featuring new living room furnishings, a new dinning table, large flat-screen TV in the living room and tile floors. This one-bedroom condo sleeps up to four people with a king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This Condo is located at the Kihei Akahi complex which is located across the street from Kamaole Beach II and next to shopping and dining options.

  Family of four (teen daughters) spent nine nights. We enjoyed whale watching from the balcony, use of the beach gear (chairs, coolers, weighted beach blanket, towels), and the kitchen. Suite and property is clean, well-maintained, with prompt and friendly service. Would recommend and would stay there again.

  broken cabinet, dirty pans, dirty fans, broken microwave, lint filter filled, missing glass pane on lanai, ripped lanai seat cushions, gas range front burner didnt work, oven door wouldnt close all the way, livingroom mat was dirty underneath with hair imbedded in it, cabinet doors were dirty i had to wipe them down

  The floors were so dirty after 2 hours I thought my white sox were garbage. Sofa & chair & cushions were filthy. Kitchen table had a huge waterstain and a huge burn mark. Curtains were filthy. Dirty cleaning rags left around. Sheets left in the dryer. And what is with the ants. Thousands of teeny tiny ants in the kitchen on the counters. It wa awful having to kill ants while preparing food.You can see trails of them going up into cupboards. Ants all over the counter in the bathroom crawling in amongst our toiletries.
  Shower got way was too hot mid Shower for unknown reasons.This was the worst condo I have stayed in and I've been to Kihei Akahi perhaps 10 times now. We tried to get help from Maui condo & home but no help was to be had.That unit should be shut down until improvements are made.only 2 of the 4 stove burners worked. No fan above the stove. A total disappointment!!!! The only good thing..the bed was comfortable.

  Location was excellent right across from Ocean. Furniture was outdated bedroom had no air conditioner and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Bedroom was very stuffy although it had a ceiling fan no access to windows. Closet was full of beach stuff boogie boards umbrellas etc. had very little space in my closet for luggage. My two sons also stayed on Property we pack lite knowing there was a washer and dryer available but dryer was not in working condition.

  The Vacation Rental was in a great location. The grounds were very well maintained. I wish that I could say the same for the Rental C608. The bedroom was extremely hot not conducive for a good night's sleep. The unit was advertised as being air conditioned. I found that the unit could have been cleaner. There were coffee grounds under the kitchen sink and floor. The bathroom is in need of updates and the throw rug was filthy. The vent in the bathroom ceiling had a lot of dust accumulation. It certainly was not as clean as expected for a $200.00 cleaning fee.

  Great location, nice pools, parking Space. Everything was fine except that the AC does not go to the bedroom, and it gets way too warm. It is better to sleep on the living room couch. Beach across the street and near restaurants.
