  We’ve been to Maui twice and both times stayed at Kihei Akahi. We absolutely love the location, right across from Kamaole 2. We get to enjoy our morning coffee looking at the ocean and feeling the breeze. The studio was always nice and clean and offer a fully equipped kitchen. It is centrally located with restaurants and shops close by. If you’re not necessarily looking for a resort experience in Maui then I’d highly recommend this place. We’ll most likely stay there again on our next visit.

  Second year of staying in this unit. Noisy because of pickle ball court and
  parking lot. Will choose a quieter location next time. Murphy bed closed up and new bed purchased---comfortable yes, but Way Too many decorative pillows. Now no light for reading in bed or bedside table. Lighting needs improvement!!! Bistro table and chairs are useless. Needs new artwork on walls. Kitchen is ok.

  The service from Maui Condo and Home was excellent. The condo itself should be removed from your inventory. When we arrived, there were no drinking glasses and 3 cups. Totally disgusting to think that is sufficient of any owner. The couch and chair are lookalike leather. All the cushioned seats were torn with the dirty stuffing showing through. We were offered a sheet to cover them, hardly a value item for the price charged on the room. DO NOT RENT this unit.

  We rented five Condos for 14 of us that joined together in Maui for a family vacation. This unit was the one I stayed in and it was just darling. A nice little Studio that's good for one or two people. The location was fabulous, across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several venues. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

  The unit is small, but perfect for one or a couple. Five minutes walk from the beach and pool. The resort is lovely, well cared for. The actual unit is in need of paint and tilework, especially the shower. Shower doors need replacing. Couch is old and worn. The kitchen stove surface burners are gas, they need adjusting as the flame is too low and therefore, take forever to cook anything. The food disposal unit is broken and leaks into the cupboard below. The telephone in the unit doesn't work at all. All the beach equipment was in good condition and the bed was super comfortable. The view is amazing and patio furniture good. The cleaning was very superficial - under furniture and corners addressed.
